You will learn to create authentic Swahili dishes using a selection of locally sourced spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander, and vanilla.
We usually cook with Chicken served with rice. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available
11am – 1pm every day , other times by special request.
** Please note that we cannot do cooking lessons during Ramadan. We resume from April 1st**
